CINNAMON SUGAR PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients
FOR THE MUFFINS:
1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Large Eggs
1 15 Ounce Can Pumpkin Puree
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 Tablespoons Butter Melted
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
FOR THE MUFFINS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a standard 12 cup muffin pan, or line with paper liners, set aside.
2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, both sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
