INSTANT POT POT ROAST
Instant Pot Pot Roast makes having a tender and juicy roast so easy! Mashed potatoes, carrots, and a mouthwatering gravy are made in the very same pot!
Ingredients
FOR THE ROAST:
3 Pound Roast
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Cups Beef Stock
2 Pounds Russett Potatoes
1 16 Ounce Bag Baby Carrots
FOR THE POTATOES:
1/4 Cup Milk
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
FOR THE GRAVY:
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Cold Water
Instructions
FOR THE ROAST:
1. Remove the roast from its package and place on a cutting board. In a small bowl stir together the seasonings and sprinkle evenly over all sides of the roast.
